Marketing Operations Leader

Kiddo is seeking a Marketing Operations leader join our growing Marketing team. This role will be based in either San Francisco or Hong Kong. The Marketing Operations leader will own the analytics and reporting of our marketing tech stack (from CRM, to lead management tools to marketing automation software), starting from analyzing the health of our customer database all the way through to marketing funnel and sales follow-up. In addition, the Marketing Operations leader will:

  • Work with campaign managers to optimize the segmentation of our database to support a highly customized ABM approach
  • Design and optimize Kiddo’s lead generation and lead nurturing/retention process
  • Onboard and manage Kiddo’s marketing automation solution
  • Optimize conversions from website traffic, landing pages and calls-to-actions
  • Daily reporting of campaign metrics and providing recommendations on how to improve campaign performance
  • Working with the product organization to integrate back end user product data with marketing metrics to provide recommendations on content and new marketing campaigns

 

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in implementing and managing marketing databases and marketing automation solutions
  • Experience in CRM management and BI systems
  • Thrives in analytical environments where data-driven decision making is critical
  • Minimum of five years in providing customer service support for technology (hardware) companies
  • Strong technical product skills particularly with wearable and mobile applications
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
